After your trial ends, you can choose to continue with any of our plans. Your campaigns and settings will be preserved. If you decide not to continue, your account will be paused but not deleted, so you can come back anytime.
For Self-Service, we charge 3% only on ad spend that exceeds $10,000/month. For example, if you spend $15,000, you pay 3% on $5,000 ($150). For Managed, the 3% applies to all ad spend from the first dollar.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
