Amazon · Funnels
Discovery to conversion, fully automated.
ADFIXER moves search terms through a 4-stage funnel, promoting converters, negating non-converters, and adjusting match types at each stage. You set the targets; the algorithm runs the day-to-day moves.
Discovery
Auto campaigns and broad match surface every search term that could convert for the product.
Research
Phrase match isolates the converters. Performance data decides which terms graduate and which get dropped.
Performance
Proven converters move to exact match for tighter targeting, higher CTR, and lower ACoS.
Ranking
Top performers get higher bids and top-of-search placement modifiers to push organic rank.
Automatic optimization
The algorithm runs the daily moves.
Search terms move through the funnel based on conversion data (converters promoted to tighter match types, non-converters negated) with no weekly search-term report review on your end.
Automatic keyword graduation
Search terms that hit your performance thresholds move up the funnel without manual review. Decisions are based on conversion data from the last 30 days.
Smart negation
Search terms with high spend and no conversions get added as negatives. The algorithm catches them before they accumulate more wasted spend.
Match-type optimization
Each stage uses the right match type: broad for discovery, phrase for research, exact for performance. Targeting tightens as confidence grows.
Budget efficiency
Spend follows performance. Discovery gets a small budget for exploration; proven converters get most of the daily spend.
Why funnels work
Why funnels are the right structure.
01 · Match the journey
Mirrors the customer journey
Shoppers rarely buy on the first click. The funnel maps to how customers discover, research, and purchase.
02 · Reduce waste
Cuts wasted spend
Bids reflect proven conversion data. Search terms that fail to convert get negated before they accumulate losses.
03 · Compounding
Improves over time
Each week, more converters graduate and more non-converters get negated. The structure tightens as data accrues.
04 · Scale
Scales profitably
Flat campaigns hit efficiency walls. A funnel lets you scale proven keywords while still testing new terms up top.

The difference
Flat campaigns vs. funnel system.
Flat
Every keyword treated the same, regardless of performance.
Same bids for every keyword
Proven converters and untested terms compete on the same bid.
All search terms get identical treatment
Spend follows click volume rather than conversion data.
Manual keyword management
Search-term reports get reviewed and graduated by hand each week.
Hours spent on housekeeping
Weekly review work that rarely catches up with the data.
Budget spread thin across unproven keywords
Discovery costs draw spend away from your converters.
Keywords stay at the same match type
No graduation path. Targeting does not tighten as confidence grows.
ADFIXER
Performance-based progression, automated optimization.
Bids reflect performance
Each keyword bid is set from its actual conversion data over the trailing window.
Proven converters get higher bids
Capture top-of-search placements on search terms that convert.
Automated movement
Promotion, negation, and match-type changes run on a daily loop.
ADFIXER handles keyword graduation
You set the thresholds. The algorithm moves keywords to match.
70% of spend on proven converters
Discovery stays funded, but the bulk of the budget sits on converters.
Discovery, Research, Performance, Ranking
Four stages with explicit graduation criteria at each step.
Common questions.
What triggers a keyword to move from Discovery to Research?+
A search term graduates after it produces 2 or more conversions inside the trailing 60-day window with CVR at or above your account benchmark. You can tighten or loosen the threshold per product if a category needs more proof before promotion.
What gets a keyword demoted or negated?+
High spend with no conversions over the trailing window triggers smart negation: the algorithm adds it as a negative in the upstream stage before it accumulates more wasted spend. Demotion happens when a term's CVR falls below benchmark for a sustained period.
How does the funnel handle brand vs non-brand search terms?+
Brand terms are tagged and routed into their own track with separate thresholds, so defensive brand spend never competes with non-brand discovery for budget or graduation.
How long until enough data accrues for promotions to start?+
Most accounts see the first graduations within 2–3 weeks. Higher-volume SKUs cross the conversion threshold sooner; low-volume products take longer because the model waits for statistical confidence before promoting.
Do existing campaigns get migrated into the funnel?+
Yes. ADFIXER maps your existing campaigns onto the funnel structure during onboarding, preserving history so the model starts with your real conversion data rather than from zero.
What does the Ranking stage do, and can I pin a keyword?+
Ranking applies higher bids and top-of-search placement modifiers to your proven converters to push organic rank. You can pin any keyword to a stage manually, and the algorithm will respect that lock on every re-fit.
