Connect your Amazon account
In AdFixer, connections are managed from Settings → Amazon connections.
On this page you will see two separate Amazon logins:
• Amazon Ads (PPC) — used for Amazon advertising data and optimization
• SP-API — used for Seller Partner API data (catalog / orders / business data depending on your setup)
Step-by-step: connect (PPC or SP-API)
1) Go to Settings → Amazon connections
2) Choose what you want to connect first:
• Click Login with Amazon under Amazon Ads (PPC)
or
• Click Login with Amazon under SP-API
3) Select the correct region:
• NA (North America)
• EU (Europe)
• FE (Far East)
4) A popup window opens on Amazon. Log in with your Amazon credentials.
5) Approve the access request to complete the connection.
If you have multiple Amazon accounts
If your login is associated with multiple accounts, Amazon will prompt you to choose which account to use.
• Select the account you want to connect to AdFixer
• Continue the authorization flow until you’re redirected back to AdFixer
Important notes
• Make sure you pick the correct region (NA / EU / FE) before logging in, otherwise you may not see the right accounts or marketplaces.
• You can connect both PPC and SP-API, but they are authorized separately (two different logins).
Troubleshooting
The popup doesn’t open
• Allow popups for AdFixer in your browser settings
• Disable ad blockers for this step
I don’t see the account I need
• Double-check you selected the correct region (NA / EU / FE)
• Confirm you’re using the right Amazon login that has access to that account
Login or authorization fails
• Try again in an incognito/private window
• Make sure cookies are enabled during the Amazon login step
