The Story
Wow Tech24 (Saudi Arabia) wanted to restart Amazon Ads, but the account wasn’t profitable at the current efficiency. With 51.80% ACoS before, the client was worried ads would keep losing money, yet they were willing to give it one more serious try if we could bring costs under control.
We started with a focused onboarding call and advised them to rebuild the account with entirely new campaigns using the AdFixer structure. From there, they ran self-serve optimization with frequent adjustments inside AdFixer, improving performance without needing to constantly log in to Amazon Ads.
Results: ACoS improved from 51.80% to 17.73%, ad sales grew from SAR 37,268.99 to SAR 144,882.02, and ad spend increased from SAR 19,305.34 to SAR 25,687.58.
In short: they relaunched ads with a cleaner structure, cut wasted spend dramatically, and scaled ad-driven revenue while keeping efficiency under control.
